Personally I think black tights is a very nice thing, I live in Willi and would love my wife to wear black tights

I guess the next thing your wife can do is put on black tights.

BTW these days a lot black tights shpitzel wear'ers wear somewhat sheer tights that's a bit see-thru and not so thick, so you can see they are cool, and has an affect as a cool fancy vabel, and usually these type wear skirts mamesh above knees with makeup like clowns... so its not a Issue
